Wayne, how did you become a gearhead?
I love my Corvette! I usually go to the car shows in Moncton, New Brunswick, which are held in the Moncton Coliseum. I am also a member of the PEI Corvette Club, which brings Corvette owners together for events around the island.Tell us more about your Corvette – what’s going on under the hood?
My 2007 Corvette is a base model with many updates, including a custom vented supercharger hood, custom front splitter, side skirts, Z06-style rear spoiler, Eagle Eyes tail lights, Z06-style aftermarket quarter panels, and 1-inch wheel spacers. I also replaced all the lights with LEDs and and added a Hypertech tuner, a Jet Powr-Flo mass air sensor, and BBK cold air intake. What are your favourite upgrades? What are you planning on upgrading next?
My favourite mod has to be the bonnet. I like my ’vette to be different from everyone else’s, and it certainly is. I purchased my headers, X-pipe, and power flow sensor from TDot Performance. As for future mods, I would like to do a cam (but I’m not sure yet how I can hide it from my wife!).We love seeing your passion for your ride! Thanks for telling us about it!
